How to keep them longer
1 Trim the stems at an angle. A centimetre off, with a sharp knife, before they go in the vase.
2 Change the water every two days. Cool water, a clean vase, no leaves below the surface.
3 Keep them away from fruit and sun. A cool spot out of direct light adds days.
